I used the Herculiner kit. Bought it and an extra quart of the stuff for around $95, and I must say, so far, I like the product. The bed is still a little tacky, so I'll let it cure overnight and all day tomorrow before really messing around with it, but it rolled on pretty easy, covered nicely, and overall, I was pleased with how it came out.
I first attacked the bed with a combination of a wire wheel on a grinder and an orbital sander to strip it down, then went on to application.
Only qualm I have is I chose to have the transition edge at the bottom of the bed rail, and then realized only when I put the tail gate up that the liner is higher up on the tailgate than it is in the rest of the bed. Not a huge issue, just looks kinda funny, and I might decide to go back and roll some on that top lip.
